Michael Amor

CEO/Secretary

Mike comes to Windarring having 7 years’ experience as a CEO in NDIS-funded disability services, in both the Bega Valley and East Gippsland. Prior to this, Mike has worked in CEO and senior positions in Employment, Community and Training services for over 30 years. As the product of community-focused parents in a small Wimmera town of 400 people, Mike has a strong focus on participant, family and community engagement. He is keen to meet as many participants and families as possible and believes that it is only through active engagement and partnerships that we can effectively work towards people living the very best lives that they choose, in the way that they choose.
