Chief Executive Officer

Vicki has over 25 years’ experience in leading health, welfare and community based organisations. Vicki has worked in a variety of positions in WA, NT, NSW, QLD and now Victoria. Vicki’s roles have included working in Aboriginal services, general practice, community health, mental health and family violence.

Peter Young
Manager – Australian Disability Enterprises and Micro-business

Peter has worked in the Disability Field for 38 years. A teacher by trade Peter commenced his career teaching young Adults basic literacy and numeracy, before changing his job profile to engage people in community activities as a Recreation Officer. With over 30 years in senior management roles, Peter has led teams in Day Programs, Accommodation Services, and Employment Options at a number of different Agencies. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to Windarring and looks forward to assisting in the journey of ‘good to great.’

Phil Walsh 
Bendigo Team Leader

Phil has worked in the disability field for 18 years in various roles including support worker, house supervisor at DHS houses, day services coordinator and for the previous 6 years before Windarring was a day services manager. Outside of work he enjoys family time (has 2 daughters) and spending time with friends. He is also a passionate Collingwood supporter.

Tony Cavedon
Project Manager

Tony has over 25 years experience working in disability, aged care, homelessness and mental health.  He has worked in management and service coordination roles and more recently has experience in projects to transition to the NDIS.  Tony’s focus is on business analysis, planning and development of business models, and promotion and development of new services. Tony has a deep passion in supporting people with disability to get the best outcomes through the NDIS, and supporting teams to provide excellent services.

John Forster
Community Living
Respite Team Leader

John has over 20 years of experience in the disability field. John started his career off with Community services Victoria then onto managing residentials in Victoria and Queensland later returning back to Victoria to take on the role of support worker here at Windarring. Ten years on, John has worked his way through to the position of Community living respite team leader.

Kim Stevens
Castlemaine Team Leader – shared

Starting as a keen volunteer in 2009, Kim joined Windarring staff early 2010. Kim previously worked in family businesses and for 10 years at Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre in several roles.

Currently Kim is job-sharing the Team Leader role at Castlemaine day service. The current roles include: direct client support, recreation and coordinating the Under 18s holiday, respite and monthly outings.  Also supports the adult holiday program. Kim finds it very rewarding making a difference in people life’s. She is a big animal lover and a strong believer that we all deserve the best opportunity to have a safe, happy and fun filled life.

Carley Reynolds
Finance Officer

Carley joins our Finance team with 10 years’ experience in Small Business Accounting and is currently completing a Bachelor degree in Commerce. Carley loves to learn new things and work in a team. Outside of work and family commitments, Carley lives in her vegetable and herb garden whenever possible.

Melissa Wright
Administration Officer

Melissa joins Windarring, with an Aged Care background, having worked almost 6 years in residential Aged Care. Melissa previously completed a traineeship in Administration at the local Council Office and is passionate about helping others and making a difference to people’s day.

Outside of work, Melissa is a busy mum of 3 boys and has a Dalmatian, Winston. She loves to scrapbook and is butterfly obsessed!

Robyn deBoar
Communications Officer

With a background in small business management, retail and working in the arts Robyn is excited to now be part of the disability sector and part of Windarring’s clients lives, passionate about making a difference. She has a Social Science degree with a major in Research and Policy, an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Arts and Fine Arts.

Robyn works on her garden, visits local op shops religiously, watches documentaries and old movies and spends time joyfully in the kitchen on the weekends.
