Senior Management

Vicki Poxon

Chief Executive Officer

Vicki has over 25 years’ experience in leading health, welfare and community based organisations.

Vicki has worked in a variety of positions in WA, NT, NSW, QLD and now Victoria. Vicki’s roles have included working in Aboriginal services, general practice, community health, mental health and family violence.

Paul Bregazzi

Chief Finance Officer

Paul is a CPA with many years of extensive management and commercial experience in industry and corporate.

Paul has managed and mentored teams of staff in the areas of payroll, financial accounting, management accounting, costing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
This is Paul’s first journey into the Not-For-Profit sector and he is enjoying the many challenges associated with our industry.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys travelling with his family, spending time in the garden and attempting to run to keep fit!

Stephen Reinmuth

Quality Manager

Stephen has worked in community based organisations for over 35 years. This has included both managing and implementing government changes to a range of Australian Government, Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Education and Training contracts.

Stephen has established and furthered business partnerships in a variety of settings and with a variety of clients within Group Training, GP Clinics, Higher Education, Vocational Education & Training and Adult Community & Further Education. He has been pivotal in redesigning a range of programs to meet changing environments and ensure compliance.

Lifelong learning is a key driver for Stephen ‘… we can all learn something new and beneficial to us and those around us, we just have to be hungry to do it …’

Outside of work Stephen spends time with his family and grandchildren. For those that know Stephen, you will know he is marked with a great sense of humour.

Tony Cavedon

Project Manager & Support Coordinator

Tony has over 25 years experience working in disability, aged care, homelessness and mental health. He has worked in management and service coordination roles and more recently has experience in projects to transition to the NDIS. Tony’s focus is on business analysis, planning and development of business models, and promotion and development of new services.

Tony has a deep passion in supporting people with disability to get the best outcomes through the NDIS, and supporting teams to provide excellent services.

Team Leaders

Peter Young

ADE Manager

Peter has worked in the Disability Field for 38 years. A teacher by trade Peter commenced his career teaching young Adults basic literacy and numeracy, before changing his job profile to engage people in community activities as a Recreation Officer.

With over 30 years in senior management roles, Peter has led teams in Day Programs, Accommodation Services, and Employment Options at a number of different Agencies. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to Windarring and looks forward to assisting in the journey of ‘good to great.’

Phil Walsh

Bendigo Team Leader

Phil has worked in the disability field for 18 years in various roles including support worker, house supervisor at DHS houses, day services coordinator and for the previous 6 years before Windarring was a day services manager.

Outside of work he enjoys family time (has 2 daughters) and spending time with friends. He is also a passionate Collingwood supporter.

Kathy Harper

Team Leader Castlemaine (Job share)

Kathy worked as a nurse for 23 years in Bendigo. In 2013 Kathy decided that she wanted a career change and moved in to the disability field.

Kathy joined the Windarring Bendigo team in 2016. Client centered service delivery is a key to Kathy’s popularity with clients. Kathy’s outstanding commitment has been rewarded with appointment as a Team Leader at Castlemaine in early 2020.

Outside of work, Kathy loves spending time with her family (two sons and a daughter), crafts and gardening. She a one eyed Richmond supporter. She also has a soft spot for her dog!

Lisa O'Grady

Team Leader Castlemaine (Job share)

Lisa has been working in disability for approximately 4.5 years.

Lisa started as a Placement student at Windarring Castlemaine in Oct 2016 and gained employment as a Support Worker with Windarring.

Lisa has since flourished and has been in the following roles since then –

Disability Support Worker & P.C.A 2017, 2IC of Castlemaine 2020 and was recently appointed in a job share role with Kathy Harper as Team Leader of Castlemaine.

Lisa loves making a difference in her clients lives, building their skills and knowledge, and giving them opportunities to grow.

Outside of work Lisa enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with family, and enjoying time with her son, Jordan.

Martina (Marnie) Broomhall

Gisborne & Kyneton Team Leader

Marnie has over 10 years’ experience within the Disability Sector in various roles. From management to customer service, administration and program management roles. Marnie brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience within this person centred space. Marnie is committed to creating a safe, supported and enjoyable environment for all. Bringing out the best in everyone.

Marnie is Team Leader at Windarring Gisborne and Kyneton sites.

Kelly Wilson

Supported Living Team Leader

Kelly has worked in the Disability sector for 30 plus years with experience in Aged Care, working as a Learning Support Officer in schools and as a Support Worker in the community.

Kelly is passionate about helping others achieve the best they can, particularly with gaining the skills to live independently.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys family time, getting away and loves cooking.
