Client Liaison and Program Development Coordinator

The Role                                                                   

Windarring Ltd is a Disability Service Provider in central Victoria. Windarring offers an exciting opportunity to join our corporate team as a full time Client Liaison and Program Development Coordinator.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will develop and expand new programs for people living with a disability, so that each person meets their goals as their needs and lives change. You will be someone who builds genuine relationships with clients, families, community leaders, workers and managers.

This position works with clients, families, managers, team leaders and other key positions across all Windarring sites. Windarring provides community participation programs, day programs, under eighteen year old programs, supported travel, holiday programs, supported living and respite care. This role has reporting accountabilities to the CEO and NDIS, and collaborates with corporate and Operational Managers.

You will have

Diploma/Cert IV or above in Program Design/Development/Evaluation/Coordination.

Diploma/Cert IV in Disability Support Services or equivalent and relevant work experience in Disability Support Services or a related sector (including Medication Administration). Previous experience in a client intake and/or program development and evaluation role with NDIS, Community or Health Issues.

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Team Leader

The Role

Windarring Ltd is a Disability Service Provider in central Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to join Windarring as the full time Team Leader of Client Services at Gisborne. Reporting to the Operations Manager Client Services, the successful candidate will coordinate delivery of a diverse range of programs for people living with a disability so that each person meets their goals as their needs and lives change.

You will be someone who builds genuine relationships with clients, families, community leaders, workers and managers. You will have the skills to lead your team to be accountable, respectful and to work successfully together delivering service excellence. Windarring provides community participation programs, day programs, under eighteen year old programs, supported travel, holiday programs, supported living and respite care. This role has reporting accountabilities to NDIS, and collaborates with other Team Leaders, Operational Managers.

You will have

Diploma/Cert IV in Disability Support Services or equivalent and relevant work experience in Disability Support Services or a related sector (including Medication Administration).

Management qualification or previous experience in a leadership or supervision role in the disability sector.

Intake and Service Administrator

The Role

Windarring Ltd is a Disability Service Provider in central Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to join Windarring as the full time Intake and Service Administrator at Kyneton. Reporting to the Client Liaison and Program Development Coordinator, the successful candidate will ensure that our intake process with each participant is completed in a timely matter.

You will be someone who has a demonstrated ability to plan time effectively, ensuring tasks are prioritised accordingly and completed on time to the expected standard. You will need excellent communication skills, experience with current computer applications
and be friendly and enthusiastic.

You will have

Diploma/Cert IV in Disability Support Services or equivalent and relevant work experience in Disability Support Services or a related sector. Demonstrated knowledge of existing services and a thorough understanding of NDIS services and funding philosophy

You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service related role. This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check (WWCC). Applicants must have the right the work in Australia and provide supporting documentation.
